The Racial Equity Building Institute for the Americas (REBIA) is an FCPR program dedicated to strengthening grassroots initiatives aimed at systemic change, influencing public policy, and creating a new narrative of inclusion and equity. REBIA focuses on reducing racial equity gaps and eradicating anti-Black racism across the Americas, building synergies among anti-racist organizations, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources for sustainable racial justice.
The Racial Equity Builders Dialogue for the Americas 2025 is an event organized by REBIA that will bring together philanthropic leaders and changemakers in Puerto Rico. This gathering will provide a space to reflect on the journey toward racial equity, reinforce organizational commitments through impactful workshops and community dialogues, and reimagine a more inclusive and just future. Participants will collaborate to create a collective agenda that promotes justice, fosters inclusion, and drives systemic change to benefit Afro-descendant communities across the Americas.
